Can I upgrade my account?

Yes. You can upgrade your account any time. If you have any questions about upgrading, please contact us at sales@inqwise.com and we will be more than happy to help.

What types of payment do you accept?

Credit card (including MasterCard, Visa, Discover or American Express as well as PayPal) via our secure online order form.

Do I have to sign a contract?

For our PRO, or Enterprise accounts, a contract is not required. You can upgrade and downgrade whenever you need with those accounts. They are month-to-month accounts and you can move from paying account to free account whenever you need.

How long will you store my data?

As long as you want!
We won’t delete your data even if you just have a free account. We are awesome that way.
